Rates & Availability: All rates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until services are confirmed and booked.
- Hotel Check-in time: Check in time 14:00 and check out 12:00
- Room type (Double/Twin) is subject to availability and this will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.
- In case of selected hotel is unavailable due to any unexpected situation then the similar category of alternative hotel will be provided.
- All transfers and Sightseeing’s will be on Sharing basis with the group, the client should follow the timing of the tours/transfers. In case of any missed transfers, client will be responsible for same and will bear additional cost for any extra transfers.
Itinerary Changes The itinerary may be modified due to local conditions, airline schedules, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- The availability of adjoining rooms/interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc cannot be guaranteed.
Local Charges: Some destinations may impose resort fees, city taxes, or other charges payable directly at the hotel or service provider.
- There will be no refund for any unutilized services in the programme
- The company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, political unrest, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or any other force majeure event.
- All changes, cancellations, credit vouchers and refunds in such cases will be subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, hotel and supplier.
- Client is responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the tour. We will not be liable or accept responsibility for any loss of belongings, damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident or death.
Hotel Deposit: Hotel deposits, city taxes and additional local charges.
- At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends on the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check out charges or any damages done to the room etc)
Booking / Payment Policy:
- AED 1500 is required at the time of booking confirmation (Non-refundable deposit)
- Balance amount to be paid 45 days before departure
- Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation and the amount will be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
- This is a Fixed departure package and its NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-AMENDABLE once booked.
- Ensure your passport and UAE residence visa are valid for at least 6 months from your return travel date.
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and ensuring all travel documents are valid and complete.
- Please verify that the name on your booking matches your passport. Ensure that all flight and hotel details are accurate.
- Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate or embassy. We are not liable for delays, denials, or additional requirements. We are not responsible if the passenger cannot travel due to any visa rejection, deportation or any other reasons.
- Stay informed about current travel restrictions, visa requirements, and entry rules of the host country.
- We shall not be responsible for any last-minute changes in Visa rules/requirements, travel regulations of the visited country etc.
